Stainless steel 316 round ring has almost the same mechanical properties as grade 304 of stainless steel round ring including similar WLL (working load limit) , tensile strength and hardness. Varying in size from 3 to 12 mm, stainless steel 316 round ring has the lowest WLL of 130 kg for 3mm and raises in working potentials up to 2000 kg for 12 mm. both grades of stainless steel round ring have high percentages of Chrome and Nickel in their chemical compound, whilst, Grade 316 has an extra 2% of a rare Metallic element Illustrated as Mo for molybdenum. in spite of the mechanical properties of stainless steel round ring with much resemblance, chemical properties of these two grades are different in terms of environmental resistance against corrosion and magnetic interest. stainless steel 316 round ring has better resistance against corrosives and has lower magnetic interest and therefore is used more often in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Singapore and east Asia.
